Fandis will join the next edition of the Forum Meccatronica with the theme “Italian manufacturing experience in the transition to 4.0: technologies and skills”, scheduled for September 26th at the CNH Industrial Village in Turin.
The Forum Meccatronica is the exhibition-conference created by the Meccatronica Group of ANIE Automazione and realized in collaboration with Messe Frankfurt Italia.
What is mechatronics?
Mechatronics can be defined as the synergy between different technological disciplines.
In its correct application, all the disciplines related to the mechanical systems, electronic systems and information technologies are closely interconnected. And its application in modern production contexts becomes synonymous with Industry 4.0.
Mechatronics and Industry 4.0
This edition of the Forum Meccatronica is focused precisely on the industrial sector and is dedicated, in particular, to machine manufacturers, system integrators and end users: the aim of mechatronics is to connect different production systems to simplify human work and to increase the company efficiency.
So, it’s easy to understand how the correct application of mechatronics is synonymous with product excellence, because it involves the smallest and most simple components up to the most advanced technologies, but it means also better organization, safety, new opportunities, improvement of working conditions, competence of human resources, review of internal processes …
Forum Meccatronica 2018
The conference will be divided into three parallel sessions (Design, Production and Performance) whose themes will be explored by companies supplying mechatronic technologies and solutions, with interventions of 20 minutes each, and authoritative moderators from the industrial and academic world.
Forum Meccatronica as an exhibition-conference
Fandis will participate for the first time as a partner, with a desk to present its solutions and compare itself with other participants and visitors. We will present Sensis, our new intelligent device for enclosures, developed in an IIoT and Industry 4.0 perspective. Among the other partners, there will also be Hilscher company, with whom we collaborated for the creation of Sensis, which will bring the IBM application case.
