With more than 37,500 visitors and 720 exhibitors, the exhibition once again confirmed its role as a key benchmark for observing the evolution of the manufacturing sector and, above all, the technologies that will shape its future in the years ahead.

Events such as SPS Italia have always represented for us a unique opportunity to closely observe market developments and better understand the real needs of those who design, build, and operate industrial systems.
During the three days of SPS Italia 2026, we had the opportunity to engage with professionals from a wide range of application sectors, gathering valuable insights into the challenges currently shaping the electrical enclosure and automation industries.
Among the topics most frequently discussed were:

From technological innovation to application requirements
One of the most interesting trends that emerged during the exhibition was the growing demand for solutions capable of dynamically adapting to operating conditions: thermal management is no longer considered a secondary function, but a strategic element for ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
As we have already highlighted on this blog, simple ventilation is no longer enough. The market itself is demanding intelligent systems capable of optimizing energy consumption, extending component lifespan, and contributing to the overall sustainability of industrial installations.
Fandis innovations at SPS Italia 2026
This edition of SPS Italia was therefore the perfect opportunity to showcase some of the latest developments in our electrical enclosure thermal management portfolio. The possibility of demonstrating solutions live and discussing them directly with visitors allowed us to collect valuable feedback and useful suggestions for future product development.
Among the solutions that attracted the greatest interest were:
- the new intelligent temperature controller with PID regulation, designed to overcome traditional ON/OFF logic and modulate ventilation according to the actual thermal conditions inside the enclosure;
- high-efficiency EC fans, developed to reduce energy consumption and provide more precise airflow control and their integration with high-flow roof exhaust units, ideal for applications requiring high ventilation performance;
- the new generation of anti-condensation heaters, designed to combine compact dimensions, ease of installation, and operational reliability.
Looking ahead
