One of the main factors to keep under control in electronic enclosures is the temperature: the combination of the heat produced by the components inside the enclosure added to the external temperature, in fact, mean that there is the need to control in order not to jam the instruments and the components it contains.
To solve the problem, we need to lower the temperature inside the framework, through ventilation, both natural (where the air goes in and out thanks to two or more grids ventilation) or forced (where air enters or exits thanks a fan located inside the cabinet), up to the use of air conditioners.

Air-conditioning the inside of the panel with proper ventilation, do we put tools and components in safety? It’s not that simple. By controlling only the parameter of temperature, in fact, we leave the enclosure and all that is in exposed to the corrosive and oxidizing action of condensation and humidity. To solve this problem, the ideal solution is the combined use of a thermostat and a hygrostat, which can control an anti-condensate resistance that, by heating the interior of the framework, dissipates the moisture and prevents the components to be damaged. Clearly the working environment and the climate zone in which it is installed are critical to manage this phenomenon: in the equatorial countries the condensation problem could be accused much more seriously than in dry environments, where the temperature range between day and night does not lead to the famous dew point determining the formation of water.

Of course, you can not dust the inside of an electrical panel as we do with other areas of the company, but we have to consider that while we make temperature regulation through a fan, together with air also foreign particles and dust from the outside make their way, and they are able to damage the equipment, thus compromising the correct operation.
