Confindustria, the main association representing manufacturing and service companies in Italy, has made a portal dedicated to industrial innovation available to Italian companies: Preparati al Futuro (Prepare for the future) https://preparatialfuturo.confindustria.it/
In fact, we hear more and more often about Industry 4.0, but many companies still don’t know how to go about integrating new production technologies into industrial automation processes, to improve working conditions and increase profitability and quality. Without forgetting that it is possible to take advantage of the resources made available by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development with the Transizione 4.0 plan.
Prepare for the future
Preparati al futuro offers companies a series of tools to avoid being left behind in the transition process, through the different sections of the portal.
Digital Innovation Hub
Distributed throughout Italy, they have the task of promoting the demand for innovation in the production system, to strengthen the level of knowledge with respect to the opportunities offered by digitalisation, and work in collaboration with the Confindustria Associations, directly or through Universities, competence centers, clusters, laboratories, ICT services, research centers, science parks, technology centers, startup incubators, investors and local authorities…
Training
A vast proposal of webinars, courses, classrooms, e-learning and events, to prepare to understand the processes in place and the tools dedicated to the adaptation of the Italian industry.
Discounts
A collection of tools to take advantage of the concessions provided by Italian law, from tax credits to funds for startups and innovative SMEs.
In the territory
A map showing the distribution of Digital Hubs, events and scheduled workshops.
Showcase factories
Furthermore, to allow “hands-on” 4.0 applications and show how technologies have been applied to production and organizational processes, some SMEs, distributed throughout the country, have become “Showcase Factories“.
These Showcase Factories are innovation-oriented companies that have introduced and integrated into their production plants solutions that use one or more Industry 4.0 technologies, with the aim of accompanying other companies in those realities where it is to experiment and study the concrete application of technologies.
