We started 2021 with an important step to declare the principles that guide us within our Company and towards society as a whole: the publication of our Code of Ethics.
Why a Code of Ethics?
The Fandis Code of Ethics was created to address all those circumstances in which we find ourselves operating thanks to our work and, especially after such an uncertain period on a global scale, we wanted to clearly define the set of our inspiring values, the same we ask all our employees, customers and suppliers to be inspired by.
The global scenario
As a Company, we know that we carry out our business in a constantly evolving and expanding economic, social and cultural context, even virtual. Information travels at an unthinkable speed until a few years ago and, to successfully address this complexity of input, the Code of Ethics will henceforth represent our guideline, our compass. It will therefore be our responsibility to share it with anyone who accepts its principles, asking for respect and protecting it from violations.
A declaration of trust
Compliance with the Code of Ethics is of fundamental importance for the protection of our reputation and that of all the people who work with us, the image we bring to the market and the know-how that has allowed us to grow over the years, a decisive asset for the success of the company.
For this reason, we believe that welcoming it is a declaration of trust, within the company and outside the company
The values of our Code of Ethics
Among the values we are most proud of, you will find the encouragement of healthy relationships between staff and protection from harassment, the behavior we are committed to maintaining in business relationships, or between customers and suppliers, transparency in accounting, the protection of the environment, health and safety at work.
Our Code of Ethics has been widely shared within the company, and can be consulted by anyone at this link. Furthermore, for its protection, we have also made available a form to report offenses and violations.
