In small spaces, such as those in an electrical panel, the dimensions of the internal components are important. Also and above all, with regard to devices that ensure appropriate ventilation and protection from dust, such as filter fan units.
However, it happens more and more often that small electrical cabinets contain electronic components that develop a lot of heat, because they are used for driving large loads, and the installation of a filter fan unit is therefore essential to avoid the instruments being subjected to such thermal variations to alter their functioning.
But, on the other hand, the surface available for mounting filtered ventilation systems on the walls is consequently reduced.
Small size and high performance: the new Fandis filter fan units
For this reason, to complete the range of Fandis FF series filter fan units, we have added two highly performing models, but… smaller!
From today it will no longer be necessary to use solutions with larger sizes, such as the FF20 (325x325mm), to ensure the required air flow. Fandis proposes the new FF15GA230UJ series filter unit with an air flow rate of 265 mc/h unimpeded airflow and the even more performing FF15GDA230UJ, with its 331 mc/h unimpeded airflow.
… With all the advantages of the FF series
Fandis has managed to concentrate a really important air flow in its medium-sized FF15 range, while maintaining the peculiar characteristics of the FF series: quick assembly through clips and easy replacement of the filter mat without the use of tools.
Furthermore, to increase the IP54 degree of protection of the two filter fan units, bringing it to IP56, we recommend the combination with the SSC-15A stainless steel protection hoods, equipped with FDA gaskets for use in the food sector, or with the new SSC-15EU in RAL7035 painted steel.
